Close to perfect

This is a clean, simple app, which is what I like in design. My only difficulty is the extremely low-contrast controls and displays. Some things are bright and obvious, but other "secondary" information is displayed in a color so close to the background I can barely read it.

Specifically, the time count should be much more visible. The original designer of the Pomodoro technique recommends that "Whoever is using the Pomodoro... should always be able to clearly see how much time is left". This apps deliberately makes the time very subtle, which I feel is a mistake.

Overall, however, I like this app more than most Pomodoro apps Ive seen.
